Incident Management Team (IMT) members are asking for a copy of the “Initial Incident Reporting Form”, completed by the Aretsia Pipeline Control Center in response to this morning’s incident in Hagerman, to be uploaded to the IAP Software, where it can be inspected for accuracy and updated accordingly.
