Shawn Lowe (Operator with Harmac Energy Services) shares a photograph that depicts a significant fish kill on the Pecos River. He indicates the imagery was captured on the south side of the State Road 249 bridge crossing. Mr. Lowe explains the Game Warden has been dispatched to the site to recover the dead fish, not only to prevent scavenging, but also to preserve the carcasses for chemical analysis of petroleum contaminants. He believes the dead fish are carp. This is a Drill!
