Amy Hail (Realty Specialist with the U.S. Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management) fears there may be several farmers/ranchers downstream of the pipeline leak site that have irrigation pumps, drawing water from the Pecos River. As such, Ms. Hail is concerned that farmland could become contaminated with residual diesel fuel. This is a Drill!
