Alex Rios (Project Manager with Harmac Energy Services) suggests reaching out to the public works departments in either Hagerman or Chaves County to re-grade the access roads leading to the Pecos River alongside State Road 249. Mr. Rios mentions their resources could also be leveraged to cut paths through the desert scrub to facilitate vehicle and equipment access to the pipeline leak site and nearby contaminated areas.
